Provided project management oversight for new regional themed waterpark redevelopment initiatives in Phoenix, from property acquisition and demolition of existing facilities and attractions through full redevelopment completion, including coordination of all project submittals, regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and final Certificate of Occupancy approvals for structures, buildings, attractions, and parking facilities. Worked directly with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Maricopa County Flood Control District, the City of Phoenix, and multiple regulatory agencies to secure all required approvals and Certificates of Occupancy for the full redevelopment project.

As principal owner/developer, Greg Yost acquired and developed multiple residential communities and waterfront properties, including projects exceeding 400 acres. Responsibilities included land acquisition, financing, zoning and entitlements, roads, water, sewer and utilities, CC&Rs, HOAs, utility districts, State Parks land exchanges, sales and project monetization.
