Provided project management oversight for new regional themed waterpark redevelopment initiatives in Phoenix, from property acquisition and demolition of existing facilities and attractions through full redevelopment completion, including coordination of all project submittals, regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and final Certificate of Occupancy approvals for structures, buildings, attractions, and parking facilities. Worked directly with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Maricopa County Flood Control District, the City of Phoenix, and multiple regulatory agencies to secure all required approvals and Certificates of Occupancy for the full redevelopment project.

Led Yost Advisors’ land acquisition, rezoning, entitlement approvals, and greenfield development efforts for multiple residential subdivisions throughout the Spokane region, including the full waterfront development of Silver Lake Estates. Also oversaw structural submittals, agency reviews, and approval coordination through state, county, and municipal processes, resulting in the successful issuance of all required property plat approvals and Certificates of Occupancy.
